Elizabeth J. Chadwick, 19, died Saturday, July 16, 2011.

Funeral services were Thursday, July 21, at New Horizon Presbyterian Church, 30 Valley View Drive, in Council Bluffs, Iowa. Interment was in the Garner Township Cemetery, followed by a luncheon at the church.

Elizabeth J. Chadwick was born April 11, 1992, in Council Bluffs to Steven and Donella (Marshman) Chadwick. She graduated from Thomas Jefferson High School where she participated in many activities, including volleyball, softball, basketball and track.

She is survived by her mother, Donella Chadwick and James Kermeen of Crescent, Iowa; father, Steven Chadwick of Glenwood, Iowa; sister, Allison Chadwick of Crescent; aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Virginia Marshman, Dorothy and Gary Schuler, Ed and Janet Kermeen, and cousin, Taylar Clopp.
