Walter, the two-year-old son of Mr. and Mrs. Andrew Christensen, died at the home of his aunt, Mrs. Kay Kjeldsen, near the Christian Church on Saturday after a brief illness. The funeral was held from the Kjeldsen home on Sunday, conducted by Rev. Th. Schultz, and burial was made in the Blair Cemetery.

From the Vig Files at the Danish American Archives: Walter was born September 4, 1916 and his mothers name is written as Mary. Mary was born September 23, 1893 and died by suicide on May 24, 1925.

The Blair Cemetery record have a burial for May Christensen in the same Block and Lot as Walter. Her FAG # is 114193632. Her obituary is recorded as: Published in the Enterprise May 28, 1925

May Christensen, wife of Andrew Christensen, was born in Providence, R. I., September 23, 1893 and died at her home two and one-half miles west of Blair on Sunday, May 24, 1925 of anaemic poisoning.

Deceased was the wife of Andrew Christensen and leaves a family of five children.

Funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon at 2 o’clock from the Danish church with Rev. Nielsen officiating and interment was made in the Blair Cemetery.
