Leona Selee, 76

Leona (Lonie) D. Selee, age 76, of Omaha, died April 23, 2018. Lonie worked as a rehabilitation specialist for the visually impaired in Nebraska St Louis, Asheville and Chicago. She was an active, longtime member of Westside Church and lived her life as a humble and beloved Chrisian.

Lonie was preceded in death by parents, Dr. and Mrs. Edsko J. Dyksterhuis and husband, Dr James W. Selee.

She is survived by twin brothers, Dr Jerry E. Dyksterhuis (Donna); sister, Jantina Clagg (Archie, deceased); nieces and nephews; stepson, James Selee II; and stepdaughters, Suanne (Mark Moon), Kathy (James Kumm) and Sandy (Jeff Treadway), and their children and grandchildren.

Graveside services will be held 2:30 pm. Thursday, April 26, at Elk City Cemetery, 23025 Elk City Road, Elk City.
