Ralph L. Devney, age 79 of Herman, passed away July 14, 2018. He was born January 6, 1939, Omaha.

Ralph is survived by wife his first wife, Vernell Devney.

Ralph is survived by his wife, Barbara L. Devney, Herman; his son, Wesley (Carrie) Devney , Ft. Calhoun; daughters, Rennie (Kurt) Grossoehme, of Omaha, Jerrian (Dale) Hawkins, of Ralston, NE, Janette Hawkins, Bellevue; step-daughters, Lisa (Craig) Glup, Tekamah, Stephanie Briggs, Tekamah; sisters, Joyce (Danny) Astiz, Little Rock, AR, Mickey Potter, Independence, MO; brother, Clarence Devney, Omaha; 14 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.

No visitation will be held. A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, July 19, 2018 at County Bible Church, Blair. Inurnment will be private and memorials are suggested to the Devney family. Arrangements are being handled by Sievers-Sprick Funeral Home in Fort Calhoun.
