Kelli A. Nielsen, 44, of Austin, Texas, passed away on Thursday, January 21, 2016, after a three-year battle with breast cancer. She was born April 30, 1971, in Hastings, Nebraska.

Kelli graduated from Harvard High School and the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. She worked for LifeWorks as a certified HR director for the last 14 years.

Kelli is survived by: her husband, David Villafranca and their two children Zilker and Nico; parents, Doug and Ginny Nielsen; brother, Jeff Nielsen and wife Cortney, and their children Mia and Jackson; grandmother, Nellie Guerra; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

Funeral services on Saturday, February 6, 2016, at North American Martyrs Catholic Church, Lincoln. Interment in Calvary Cemetery, Lincoln.
