Henry R. Gregory, II “Hank” was born on June 28, 1945, he passed away in his home at 2068 Nebraska St., June 20, 2018 after watching Bill Murray movies with his wife Ruth Anne “Annie." That home is the same home that Hank's parents had lived in during their final years in Blair.

Hank and Annie had just returned from a trip to Thornton, Colo., where they'd visited with all of Hank's sons and their immediate families. Hank lived a robust life. While he'd had a successful career in business rising to the top ranks within a Fortune 500 company and had a corner office in Manhattan, he would tell any and all that his greatest achievements were his boys, Henry III “Greg," Gavin, Luke and Andy.

Hank was preceded in death by his parents, Lyman Marion “Perk” Perkins and Roberta “Bobbie” Perkins and Willis Allen “Greg” Gregory; and his older sister, Maureen “Beanie” Rudisill.

Hank is survived by his wife, Annie, and her son; sister, Linda Jacobson Dinley; Hank's boys and their spouses and five granddaughters, whom he loved dearly.

Hank's cousin Jeff Kempcke has offered up his farm for "a Celebration of a Life well lived." The Kempcke Farm is located at 14006 County Road 35, Blair, and the date of the gathering will be Aug. 11, 2018, at 2 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, Hank loved animals and he cared for the needy. The family asks, with this in mind, to please make a donation to Habitat for Humanity, The Wounded Warrior Project or the Jeanette Hunt Blair Animal Shelter. Do so in your name or his. The family feels that doing so, keeping him in mind, would have brought him to tears (wonderfully). RSVP/questions: gavingregory@gmail.com or 206-395-6266
