Lowell Henry Brewer, 41, of Omaha died at his home on Thursday, March 5, 1987.

He was born on July 25, 1945, near Decatur, and was united in marriage to Carolyn Lou Hetzel on March 15, 1975, at Omaha.

A resident of Omaha for the past nine years, Mr. Brewer was employed as a meat-cutter for Northern State Foods in Omaha. Survivors include his wife, Carolyn Brewer of Omaha; three daughters; Lisa Glup of Tekamah, and Shanda and Mandy Brewer, both of Omaha; his mother, Mrs. Melva I. Brewer of Omaha; seven brothers: Terry Brewer of Des Moines, Iowa, Jerry Brewer of Omaha, Lonnie Brewer of Greeley, Paul Brewer of Lyons, John Brewer and Clark Brewer of Onawa, and Ronald Brewer of Norfolk; two sisters, Fanchon Andersen of Omaha and Janelle Britton of Sioux City and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services were held at 10 a.m. on Monday, March 9, 1987 at the R.L.D.S Church in Decatur with Elder Robert Stading officiating.

Interment was in the Hillcrest Cemetery at Decatur, with Military Graveside honors by the Burt County Vietnam Veterans Association. A prayer service was held at 7: 30 p.m. on Sunday evening at the Hamel & Peck Funeral Home in Tekamah.
