LeRoy I. Reynolds Jr., 58, of Blair, died Thursday, July 21, 2011, at his home.

Funeral services will be Wednesday, July 27, at 10:30 a.m. at Holy Cross Catholic Church in Omaha. Interment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery in Blair. Visitation will begin at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Campbell-Aman Funeral Home with LeRoy I. Reynolds Jr. was born May 26, 1953, in Sioux City, Iowa, to LeRoy and Mary (Steers) Reynolds.

On May 31, 1975, he married Rebecca (Becky) Rech.

He cared for his mother full time in his home for the last few years. He loved his wife dearly and considered his children and grandchildren his greatest accomplishment. He enjoyed attending his son Pete's basketball games and supporting the teams he played on.

He is survived by his wife, Becky; children and spouses, Jennifer and James Boosey of Bath, England; Joseph and Shannon Reynolds of Floresville, Texas; Jonathan (Pete) Reynolds and fiancé Dana Costello of Mt. Sinai, N.Y.; six adored grandchildren, Dylan and Jake Boosey, Emily, Madeline, William and Travis Reynolds; mother, Mary E. Reynolds of Blair; mother-in-law, Betty Rech of Albion; brothers, William Stephen (Steve) Reynolds and life partner Bertha Beauman of Dallas, Texas, James A. Reynolds and his wife Myra of LaVista and David A. Reynolds of Omaha; sister and brother-in-law, Mary C. (Cathy) and Dennis Bodammer of Blair; brothers-in-law and spouses, James E. Rech and Peggy Black of Phoenix, Ariz., and Richard L. and Colleen Rech of Elgin; many nieces and nephews and loving family and friends.
