Jess M. Brown Buried Dec. 16 in Denison, Ia.

Jess M. Brown, 76, passed away at the Blair Community Hospital, December 13, 1974. He had been in failing health for some time.

He is survived by his wife, Pearl; five daughters: Frances Cleaver, Lois Clark, Doris Berner, Ardeth Cose, Beverly Petersen, 16 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.

He was born and raised in the Blair area and farmed many years around Mo. Valley.

The funeral was held December 16, 1974, at the Schumacher Funeral Home of Logan in charge. Rev. Ron Kitterman officiated. Burial was at Denison.
