Betty Flynn, 71

Betty Flynn, 71, of Blair, died Wednesday, Dec. 8, 1999, at Memorial Community Hospital in Blair.

Services will be 11 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 11, 1999, at Campbell-Aman Funeral Home. Visitation will begin at 12 p.m. Friday, Dec. 10, 1999.

Betty L. Flynn was born May 29, 1928, to LaVerne and Lillian (Fiscus) Samson in Omaha. She graduated from Blair High School.

On Oct. 3, 1957, she married Thomas Flynn in Blair.

She is survived by her mother, Lillian Samson; husband Tom; children, Robert and Brenda Flynn of Blair, Cathy Hurst of Dallas, Texas, Tom Reynolds of North Carolina and Patricia and Gary Payne of Fremont; sister, Ruby Skinner of Vancouver, Wash.; and grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her father; one brother, Donald Samson; and one sister, Louis Sutherland.

Campbell-Aman Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
