Shirley Jean Bridges, 85, of Blair, passed away June 11, 2018.

Funeral services will be held Friday, June 15, 2018, 9 a.m. at Campbell Aman Funeral Home in Blair. Burial will follow at the Lincoln Memorial Cemetery in Lincoln. Visitation will be held Thursday, June 14, at 3 p.m., with family receiving friends from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m..

Shirley was born on April 2, 1933, in Lincoln, the daughter of Elmer and Elizabeth Cole. On Oct. 3, 1952, she was united in marriage to Loyal "Irish" Bridges in Lincoln.

She is survived by her children, Colene (Randy) Penry of Omaha, Colela (Tim) Grace of Blair, and Cole (Mary) Bridges of Blair; 13 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Loyal "Irish" Bridges; infant son, Dennis Lee Bridges; brother, E.J., Jr., and sister, Peggy.
