Plugge, Roger L. May 6, 1944 - Nov 1, 2018 Age 74 of Blair, NE. Passed away at Bergan Mercy Hospital in Omaha. Roger is survived by his wife of 51 years Julianne Plugge; children: Jay M. Plugge and Sheri Seberg, Jon M. Plugge and Julie Gerdes; and Joy M. Mourton and Adam Cushing; grandchildren: Joel, Allen, Chase, Brianna, Caleb and Zachary; 1 great grandson Kaiden; brother Randy Plugge; sister and brother-in-law, Rita and Tony Christensen and God-daughter Kirsten; sister-in-law Pat Plugge; brothers-in-law, Jeffrey and Jim Dixon; nephews, Hank (Godson) and Malissie Plugge, and Max Plugge. He also leaves behind his brothers in Local #39 of Heat and Frost Insulators and Asbestos Workers; special friends, Bob, Michael, Dean, Larry, Joe, Jeff; and many more friends whom Roger liked to have a good time with. A Private Family Service will be held at a later date. Memorials may be directed to the family for later designation. Roger L. Plugge, age 74 of Blair, passed away Thursday, Nov. 1, 2018, at Bergan Mercy Hospital in Omaha. A private family service will be held at a later date. Roger is survived by his wife of 51 years, Julianne Plugge; children, Jay M. Plugge and Sheri Seberg, Jon M. Plugge and Julie Gerdes, and Joy M.
