Harold Dean Cemer, 68, of Council Bluffs, Iowa, passed away Nov. 8, 2018.

Harold was born in McCook on Jan. 27, 1950, to the late Samuel Cemer Jr., and Donna (Hisel) Cemer. Harold attended school in Blair and worked as a surveyor for Sides and Associates.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Cheryl Ann, who died April 15, 2007; and his son-in-law Richard Bowen.

He is survived by his children, Angela Cemer, of Council Bluffs, Iowa, Brooke Cemer, Brent (Amanda) Cemer, all of Omaha and Deborah Wilkinson, of Blair; grandchildren, Alissa and Addisyn Cemer, Christian Lind Jr., Taven Thorington, Austin Wilkinson; brothers, Francis (Dawana) Cemer, of Missouri and Billy Jo (Prudy) Cemer, of Omaha.

A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, Nov. 14, 2018, 1 p.m., at the Blair Cemetery. Family and friends to meet at the cemetery. Family will direct memorials.
