RAYMOND BROWN DIED THURSDAY

Raymond E. Brown, 71 years of age, passed away Thursday morning. He was living at the Harry Wiese Farm home in the Blair area. The Blair Rescue Squad was called to the Wiese farm.

Mr. Brown was born January 21, 1893 at Elk City, Nebraska.

He is survived by one daughter, Ruth (Mrs. Harry Wiese) of Blair , and one son, Russell, of Rantoul, Illinois with the Air Force. There are five grandchildren and four brothers. The brothers are Earl and Walter of Omaha, Conrad of California and Dave of Nebraska. One sister also survives. She is Mrs. Herman (Emma) Otte of Fremont.

Funeral arrangements at the Bendorf Funeral Home were not completed as this paper went to press.

SERVICES MONDAY FOR RAY E. BROWN

Funeral services for Raymond Brown, 71 years of age, who died Thursday, were held today (Monday) at the Kennard Methodist Church, the Rev. Samuel Hemphill officiating, with interment in Kennard Cemetery.

Mr. Brown is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Harry Weise (Ruth); son Russell, Rantoul, Ill., five grandchildren, four brothers and a sister.

Pallbearers Michael, Merle, Darrell and Mark Weise, Bruce Brown and Rick Hall.

The Bendorf Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
