Services will be 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, October 18, at Campbell Funeral Home in Blair for Emil Follen, 77, who died at Midtown Methodist Hospital in Omaha on October 15, 1983.

The Rev. Owen Wilmot will officiate. Burial will be in Blair Cemetery.

Emil Follen was born in Blair September 28, 1906, to Peter and Christina Gregerson Follen. He married Lulu Minert.

He was employed at the courthouse. He was a member of the Eagles Club.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Lulu.

He is survived by two sons, Lyle Follen, Fremont, and Alan Follen, Blair; and step-children, Dorothy Elsasser, Omaha, and Robert Gatzemeyer, Millard. Eight grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; one sister, Hilma Christoffersen, Blair; and one brother, Roy Follen, Blair, also survive him.

Pallbearers wee Ervin Clements, Lyle Follen, Jr., Mark Follen, Keith Gatzemeyer and Marion Loftis, Marion Loftis.

Clare Cowing was organist.

Campbell Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements for the services.
