Clarence R. Brundage, 92, died Saturday, March 31, 2007, at his home in Blair.

Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Thursday, April 5, at Campbell-Aman Funeral Home. Interment will be in the Blair Cemetery.

Visitation will begin at 9 a.m. Wednesday, April 4, with the family receiving friends from 6 to 8 p.m.

Clarence R. Brundage was born June 14, 1914, in Council Bluffs , Iowa, to Clarence and Ruby Brundage.

Mr. Brundage and his wife , Eula, were longtime residents of Blair and shared many happy memories of raising their family here.

Along with his father, he bought and sold livestock which led to them opening a livestock auction house in Blair and Spalding in the mid 1940s. When the sale barns were sold, they began raising livestock and farming southeast of Blair.

In 1971, early retirement did not suit Mr. Brundage so along with his brother, Bud, he had many business adventures.

He is survived by his wife, Eula; daughters and sons-in-law, Carol and David Webster of Blair, Linda Gravert of Central City, Mary and Chuck Knower of Blair; three grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
