Funeral services are 2 p.m. Thursday February 3, at First Christian Church in Blair for Duane K. Brundage, 58, who died February 1, 1983, at Memorial Community Hospital in Blair.

The Rev. Owen Wilmot will conduct the services. Burial will be in Blair Cemetery.

Duane K. Brundage was born September 3, 1924, in Omaha to Clarence, Sr. and Ruby Kirkle Bundage. He married Luzetta Metzler on August 9, 1979. He farmed.

He was a veteran of World War II and served with the Army Air Force from December 7, 1943 to November 3, 1946. He was a life member of the VFW Post No. 1251 in Blair.

He is survived by his wife, Luzetta, Blair; and three step-children, Shirley Knight, Raymond Campbell and Melvin Cambell, all of Blair. Nine grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; one brother, Clarence Brundage, Jr., Blair; one sister, Mrs. Ray (Thelma) Glasser, Omaha; and many nephews and nieces also survive him.

Pallbearers will be Lyle Bohannon, Jim Carson, Clark Cowing, John Foley, Don Moore and Gerald McIntosh.

Honorary pallbearers will be Harry Arndt, Bill Campbell, Sonny Campbell, Lewis Casey and Kevin Pille.

Campbell Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements for the services.

SERVICES ARE THURSDAY FOR DUANE BRUNDAGE

Funeral services were 2 p.m. Thursday, February 3, at First Christian Church in Blair for Duane K. Brundage, 58, who died February 1, 1983, at Memorial Community Hospital in Blair.

The Rev. Owen Wilmot conducted the services. Burial was in Blair Cemetery.

Duane Kenneth Brundage was born September 3, 1924, in Omaha to Clarence, Sr., and Ruby Kirkle Burndage. He spent most of his life in Blair. He married Luzetta Metzler Campbell on August 9, 1979.

After graduation from high school, he served his country and was a veteran of World War II serving with the Army Air Force from December 7, 1943, to November 3, 1946. He was a life member of the VFW Post No. 1251 in Blair.

After his discharge, he assisted his father and brother with their sale barn, the Blair Livestock Auction. He later farmed with his brother until his health prohibited it.

He is survived by his wife, Luzetta, Blair; and three step-children, Shirley Knight, Raymond Campbell and Melvin Campbell, all of Blair. Nine grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; one brother, Clarence Brundage, Jr., Blair; one sister, Mrs. Ray (Thelma) Glasser, Omaha; and many nephews and nieces also survive him.
