Virginia Lee Frank, 72, of Scottsbluff passed away on Friday, February 1, 2019 at her home under Hospice care. At her request, cremation has taken place and a Celebration of Life Service will be held at 12 Noon on Wednesday, February 6, 2019 at Dugan-Kramer Funeral Chapel. Virginia was born November 13, 1946 at Twin Falls, Idaho to Blane and Wilma (Young) Lemmons. She attended school in Blair, graduating from Blair High School. She received her cosmetology/barber degree from Bohner in Fremont, NE in 1965.

Virginia was united in marriage to Donald Frank on July 9, 1966 at the First Christian Church of Blair. The couple made their home in Blair until moving to Scottsbluff in 1984.

Virginia gave birth to three wonderful children who were by her side when she passed away.

Virginia is survived by her son Michael; daughter Michell; son and daughter-in-law Mitchell and Jenny; grandson Harley; sister Linda (Tommy) Turner; and her mother Wilma.

Viriginia was preceded in death by her husband Donald and her father Blane.
