Services were Wednesday, December 12 at First United Methodist Church in Blair for Caroline L. Hochstetler, 52, who died December 10, 1990 at Methodist Hospital in Omaha. Graveside services are Thursday in Grand Island. Rev. Russell Terman officiates at both services.

Caroline Stalnaker was born February 2, 1938 at Grand Island, Nebraska to Alma Blomstedt and Eugene Stalnaker. She attended Grand Island High School and graduated from Capitol Beauty School in 1979.

She lived in Grand Island until moving to Omaha in 1965. She moved to Blair in 1969, where she resided until her death.

She was a member of First United Methodist Church in Blair.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Alma; and a sister, Virginia Mary.

She is survived by her father, Eugene Stalnaker, Blair; three daughters and sons-in-law, Cindy and Bruce Webster, Blair; Charlotte and Thom Koneck, Elkhorn; and Christine and Mark Webster, Blair; six grandchildren; one sister, Sande Stalnaker, Blair; four brothers, Robert Stalnaker, Big Springs, Nebraska; and Ronald Stalnaker, Daniel Stalnaker and David Stalnaker, all of Blair.

Campbell-Aman Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
