WANDA J. HODSON, 74

Wanda J. Hodson, 74, of Blair, died Sunday, August 10, 2008, at Good Shepherd Lutheran Home in Blair.

Funeral services will be 2 pm Wednesday, Aug. 13, at First Lutheran Church in Blair. Interment will be at Fort Calhoun Cemetery.

Visitation will begin at noon on Tuesday, Aug. 12, at Campbell-Aman Funeral Home with the family receiving friends from 6 to 8 pm.

Wanda J. Hosman was born Feb. 25, 1934, at Modale, Iowa to Harry and Cecil (Niles) Hosman. She attended and graduated from Modale High School.

On Nov. 29, 1959, she married Gerald Hodson in Omaha.

For many years, Mrs. Hodson worked at Advance Cleaners in Blair.

She is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law, Mike and Teri Hodson of Herman; Mark and Angela Hodson of Blair; six grandchildren; a sister, Wilma Berthelsen of Logan, Iowa; brother, Wilbur Hosman of Aurora, Colo.; brother-in-law, Al Stone of Omaha; sister-in-law, Marg Hosman of Fargo, N.D.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Gerald, in March of 1994; parents; granddaughter, Ashley Hodson; sisters, Lucile Pierce, Phyliss Rupp, Fern Stone; brothers, Bernard and Vern Hosman; and infant twins, Alice and Albert Hosman.
