Funeral services were held at Pender Monday afternoon for Mrs. Eugene Tucker who died at her home there Friday, August 24. Burial was made in the cemetery at Blair, Nebr. The Tucker family lived in Herman at one time. A number here will remember her as Miss Lettie Hungate, daughter of our early day residents, the late Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Hungate and sister of T. C. Hungate of Rider, North Dakota, a former Herman business man.
