Peter Bohn Rites Wednesday

Funeral services for Peter Bohn, resident of Blair for 46 years, were held Wednesday afternoon, November 13, at the Bendorf Funeral Home with Rev. John P. Brooks, Methodist minister, officiating. Burial was made in the Blair Cemetery.

Mr. Bohn, who was 72 years of age when he died Monday, November 11, was born in Osterkarn, Holstein, Germany, on July 25, 1869. He was confirmed in the Lutheran Church before coming to Blair in 1894. In 1900 he was married to Miss Anna Louise Thole, who is the sole known survivor; other relatives live in Germany, but no word has come from them for some time to indicate who is yet alive.

Following an accident which occurred when a tree fell upon him some years ago, Mr. Bohn had been in poor health.
