Age 63. J. Scott was preceded in death by parents, John & Gladys Allen, father-in-law Jim Seehusen, and his beloved dog Sadie. Survived by wife Tamara Allen; daughters Meg Allen of Denver, Gwen (Marty) Hughes, Jaimee (Cory) Tate, Tara (Jeremy) Schroeder of Hastings, and Beth (Ed) Thompson; grandchildren Brady and Ella Tate, MaKensy Schroeder, and Melissa Hunter; brothers Lynn Allen and Bob (Sue) Allen, mother-in-law Beulah Seehusen; nephews Dusty Johnson and Bobby Allen of CO; niece Lacey Allen; and numerous beloved extended family and friends.

Visitation with Family and Friend 10am and Funeral Service 11am on Friday, July 13, 2012, lunch to follow, Lord of Love Lutheran Church, 10405 Fort St., Omaha, NE. Burial at the Allen Family Cemetery, Washington County 2pm. In lieu of flowers, family suggests memorials to Methodist Hospital Foundation, 8401 W. Dodge Rd., Suite 225, Omaha, NE 68114
