Bennington, NE. Survived by son and daughter-in-law Don and Myrna Laaker of Bennington; daughter Betty Pruess of Bennington; 6 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren and 7 great-great-grandchildren.

Visitation Friday 3-8pm at the funeral home with family receiving friends from 5-8pm. Funeral Saturday 11am at Zion Lutheran Church (142 & Ida). Interment St. Paul’s Lutheran Cemetery in Arlington. Memorials to the church or the Bennington Fire and Rescue.
