Preceded in death by wife, Lorraine Nielsen. Survived by sons and daughters-in-law: Mark and Sandy Nielsen, Clark and Peggy Nielsen, all of Omaha; special friend, Maxine Therkelsen; brother, Bill Nielsen and wife Pat of Blair, NE; sisters, Pryllis Maxwell of Omaha, Edytha Singleton and husband Don of Overland Park, KS; 5 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends Friday, 6pm to 8pm at the West Center Chapel. SERVICES Saturday, 10am, St. Paul United Methodist Church, 5410 Corby St. Interment, Forest Lawn Memorial Park with military rites by Benson VFW Post 2503. Memorials to St. Paul United Methodist Church or Benson VFW Post 2503.
