#1 February 7, 1929 Enterprise, Blair, Nebraska Former Blair Woman Loses Son

Word has been received here by relatives, of the death of Stanley Fowler, aged twenty-seven years, son of Mr. and Mrs. Harry F. Fowler of 6021 No. 24th Street, Omaha.

Stanley had been an invalid all his life and everything that loving parents could do, was done to alleviate his sufferings. He was their constant thought and care and will be greatly missed in the family circle.

His mother was a former Blair girl, Myrtle Carter, and grew to womanhood in this city. Her many early day friends extend sympathy to her and her family in the loss of their loved one.

Funeral arrangements are not completed at this date but it is believed the funeral will be held in Omaha Saturday and the body brought to Blair for burial Saturday afternoon.

Stanley Fowler, invalid son of Mr. and Mrs. H. A. Fowler of Omaha, died at the home of his parents yesterday morning following an illness of lengthy duration. Mrs. Fowler is the daughter of the late Charles Carter, and the family is well known in this community. Funeral arrangements have not been made pending the arrival of a brother from Texas, but interment will be made in the Blair cemetery.
