MRS. MARY SINNOT, EX-COUNTIAN, DIES

Mrs. Mary Ellen (Mollie) Sinnot , 81, eldest child of the late Mr. and Mrs. Patrick Quinlan of Blair, died Saturday in Omaha where she had lived since her marriage many years ago.

Surviving are a son, Thomas D. Sinnot of Omaha; and five daughters, Mrs. Basil Smith of Omaha, Mrs. Walter Brubaker of Wymore, Mrs. Harlan Buckingham of Des Moines, Mrs. Charles Gerhardt of Boston and Mrs. Charles Mauser of Berkeley, Calif.

Also surviving are 11 grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, and three sisters, Mrs. Margaret Mehrens and Mrs. Louis (Elizabeth) (*writer's note: no last name listed, should possibly be Grimm) of Blair and Mrs. Harry Tucker (Edna) of Long Beach, Calif. The late William and John (Jack) Quinlan of Blair and Thomas Quinlan of Omaha were her brothers.

Rites were held at St. Cecilia’s Cathedral in Omaha Monday at 9 a.m. Pallbearers were five nephews, Louis E. Grimm, Francis Mehrens and Patrick Quinlan, all of Blair, Gerald and William Quinlan and Marshall Tyson, all of Omaha.
