Services for Clarence Henry Jacob, 78, a resident of the Tekamah Senior Citizen Home, who died Friday, September 13, 1985, in the Blair Community Hospital, are Monday, September 16, at 2 p.m., in the Campbell Funeral Home. the Rev. Thorvald Hansen officated with burial in the Kennard Cemetery.

Jacob was born December 13, 1906, the son of Herman and Mary Jacob of Kennard. He never married.

He was baptized at St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Arlington and confirmed at Emmanuel Lutheran Church in Kennard. He attended the March School.

Jacob farmed in the Kennard area until 1944 when he moved to Blair with his parents. He was a farmer all his life.

Jacob is survived by one brother, Lloyd of Kennard.

Pallbearers are Herman Jacob, Walter Japp, Jr., David Japp, Donald Sorensen, Gorlyn Hagerbaumer and Steve Sorensen.
