Judith Ann Smith 70, of Blair, died on March 16, 2019.

She was born Dec. 23, 1948, in Omaha.

Judith worked for Mutual of Omaha for over 30 years, until retiring from the Department of Health and Human Services for Nebraska.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Jack; parents, Maude and Dee; as well as her brothers and her sister.

She is survived by her daughters, Paula (Joe) Kennedy of Fairbanks, Alaska, Melissa (Cabot) Howell of Marietta, Ga., and Karen Medina of Omaha; grandchildren, Hannah, Emily, Sarah, Adam, Elana, Cassie, Eva Marie, Nick and Melodie; great-grandchildren, Carolyn and Kinsley; along with many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.

Services will be held Saturday, April 6, 2019, at 1 p.m. at Westlawn Hillcrest Funeral Home, 5701 West Center Street, Omaha, Nebraska.
