Mr. and Mrs. Nels Svendgaard were called to Blair Sunday by the serious illness of their brother-in-law and brother, Nels Lindberg, at Memorial Community Hospital, where he has been cared for the past six months. Mr. Lindberg passed away early Monday morning and funeral services were held Wednesday.

NELS LINDBERG RITES WEDNESDAY

Funeral services were held Wednesday at the Bendorf Funeral Home for Nels Lindberg, 71 year old Blair man who died Monday at Memorial Community Hospital in Blair.

Mr. Lindberg was born May 28, 1887 at Blair, and lived here all of his life. He was married November 24, 1920 to Margaret Thielfoldt, who preceded him in death in July, 1957. There were no children.

Survivors are two sisters-in-law, Mrs. Nels Svendgaard of Arlington and Mrs. Grace Thielfoldt of Tekamah and a brother-in-law, Charles Thielfoldt of Herman.

Pallbearers were Robert Rasmussen, Howard Woodard, Fred Long, Ray Krogh, George Brandt and L. W. Svendgaard.
