Missing Since Last Sunday. Body Was Found Hanging in Barn on Thursday Morning. Apparently Dead for Some Time

Was Of A Brooding Turn

August Draegert well known about Blair, was found this morning, Thursday, hanging from a beam in the hay mow of his barn in west Blair. He had been missing from home since last Sunday but the family supposed that he was working and thought little of it. His continued absence at length caused alarm and this morning the officers were called and a search made which resulted in finding his body hanging from a beam in the hay mow of the barn. Apparently he had been dead for some time.

Obituary will follow next week.
