Selma LaVerne Bundy, age 67, of Apache Junction, Arizona, and former Tekamah resident, passed away at Apache Junction on Monday, February 2, 1987 after a lengthy illness.

She was born on December 27, 1919 in Burt County to Hugh V. and Elsie C. (Hampton) Clifford and was married to Curtis A. Bundy on October 20, 1946 at the United Methodist Church at Tekamah.

She was employed as office manager for the Agricultural Adjustment Administration during the 1930's and had worked for Allison Electric and the Burt County Co-op Oil Company for several years prior to when they moved to Apache Junction in 1964. At the time of her death , Selma was member of the Desert Chapel United Methodist Church of Apache Junction.

Survivors include her husband, Curtis A. Bundy and one son, Robert C. Bundy, both of Apache Junction; one sister, Ethel Hull of Apache Junction; and one brother, Raymond Clifford of Uehling, Nebraska.

Funeral services were held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 7, 1987 at the Hamel & Peck Funeral Chapel in Tekamah with Rev. Marion H. Knoell officiating. Interment was in the Tekamah Cemetery.
