BLANKENBECKLER RITES SUNDAY

W. L. Blankenbeckler, brother of Mesdames Dan and Will Thompson, passed away at his home in Sterling, Colorado, and the body was brought to Tekamah, his former home and interment was made last Sunday.

At his death he was 65 years of age. He was born in Virginia and at the age of 17 he came to Blair and a year later went to Tekamah where he resided until 1919 when he went to Sterling, Colorado. The cause of his death was attributed to a heart attack. He is survived by his wife and two children, William and Mrs. Clifford Robinette of Sterling.

The pallbearers at the funeral were his nephews, Earl, Edward and Howard Thompson of Blair and Kenneth, Robert and Leslie Blankenbeckler of Tekamah.
