Masonic Graveside services were Tuesday, August 25 in the Blair Cemetery for Marshall Burger, 79 who died at the Ambassador Pulmonary Care Center in Omaha August 20, 1992.

Marshall J. Burger was born on January 26, 1913 at Blair, Nebraska to Clyde and Ethel Estes Burger. He graduated from Blair High School in 1930.

From 1929 to 1958 he was employed by the Safeway Food Company. From 1958 until his retirement in 1981 he was store manager of Bakers Supermarket.

He was a member of the Bellevue Christian Church, was a past Associate Guardian of Bethel No. 68 of Jobs Daughters in Bellevue; a member of the Masonic Blue Lodge, Palestine No. 151, Denver, Colorado, and a member of the Scottish Rite in Omaha.

He was preceded in death by his parents and one sister, Mildred Beck.

He is survived by his daughter, Marsha, Denver, Colorado and three sisters, Lela (Mrs. Ross) Love, Blair, Mrs. Wilma Melton and Mrs. Helen Kepler, both of Ft. Dodge, Iowa.

Campbell-Aman was in charge of arrangements.
