Bridget Wright
Died on 7/21/1913

Published in the Pilot July 23, 1913

Mrs. R. M. (Richard) Wright died at her home in South Omaha Monday morning of tuberculosis of the lungs, having been sick since last January. She took a bad cold and seemed unable to throw it off. The 1st of May she started for Excelsior Springs, but stopped to consult a physician at Kansas City who advised her to go to a hospital at once. She returned to St. Joseph’s in Omaha. A few weeks ago, Mr. Wright rented a cottage in South Omaha where death overtook her. The funeral was held at 10 o’clock this morning at St. Agnes Catholic Church. Mrs. Wright was 60 years of age and had been married to “Doc” as he was familiarly called, about 29 years. They ran the Clifton Hotel for five or six years and had been in that business for many years in the middle west. She leaves only a husband, no children, and no other immediate relative in this country. She was a jovial, kind-hearted nature and will lie long in the memory of many friends.
