Mrs. Mary Nichols died at the home of her daughter, Adeline Triplett, in North Blair at 9:30 Monday morning of dropsical heart trouble and the funeral was held at the L.D.S. Church at 2 o’clock yesterday afternoon, Elder H. S. Lytle officiating. Mrs. Nichols was living with her son, Jas. Triplett, at Bonesteel, S. D., but when he moved to Dean, Neb., she came down here Sept. 13th to visit her daughter, whom she hadn’t seen for 12 years. She was past 75 years of age and had lived in Blair a good many years ago. She was born near Modale, Ia. And was there was married to James Triplett. She was married to Mr. Nichols about nine years ago.
