#2-22 Feb., 1922 - The Pilot - Ida Alice McCoy Justice

Last Thursday night at 8:30 occurred the death of Mrs. L. Justice at her home after a lingering illness of several months. Ida Alice McCoy was born in Virginia May 23, 1873, and died in Herman, Nebraska February 16, 1922. She was the mother of six children, all of whom survive her: Mrs. Guy Wallace of DeSoto, Neb.; Claude and James of Omaha; and Ray, Lelia and Gertrude at home. Besides her husband and children who deeply mourn their loss, she leaves her aged parents of Lincoln and four sisters and one brother. Mrs. Justice had been a member of the Latter Day Saints church for nearly twenty years, and she tried to live in accordance with her faith. She was a most patient sufferer, and through all of her illness she was ever thoughtful of those around her, sparing them in every way possible. The funeral was held in Blair Saturday afternoon at 2 o’clock at the Latter Day Saints church.
