4 Mar., 1925 - The Pilot

Gerald Delano, the three months old son of Mr. and Mrs. Albert Laaker passed away at the home of his parents, three miles northeast of here on Tuesday, February 24th, following a brief illness. He had been rather delicate from the time of his birth and when attacked by a severe cold and complications, he soon fell a victim to the grim reaper in spite of all human effort to spare his young life. The funeral was held from the Brown Creek Lutheran church on Friday afternoon. The bereaved parents have the sympathy of a host of relatives and friends in this their sad hour of bereavement.
