Former Blair Resident

Former longtime Blair resident Billy E. Stouffer, 83, of Gretna, died Friday, Aug. 5, 2011.

He was born May 30, 1928.

He is survived by his wife, Lois; children and spouses, Marla and Scott Weighner, Martin and Dianne Stouffer, and Gayland Stouffer; seven grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and a host of friends.

A family reception will be held from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 13, at the Gretna chapel of Roeder Mortuary, 11710 Standing Stone. There will be a private family inurnment.
