| 23 Oct., 1930 - The Enterprise
This community was shocked and grieved to learn of the death of Mrs. David Miller, which occurred near midnight Saturday, Oct. 18 at their home in the Greene district. Many of her friends did not know of her illness, she having only been sick about two days. All that medical skill and loving hands could do were of no avail. She leaves to mourn her passing her devoted husband and two sons, Ransom of Blair and Guy of Omaha, besides a number of other relatives and a host of friends. Funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon at the home and also at the Presbyterian church here, with interment in the local cemetery. The family have the sincere sympathy of this community in their bereavement.
