OBITUARY

Mrs. Olive Ward, past 80 years old, of west Nebraska street passed away Wednesday afternoon, Aug. 6 after an illness of nine weeks.

Mrs. Ward is survived by one son, Norris, of this vicinity, one brother, B. M. Howes at Forest City, Iowa, and one sister, Mrs. Mary Gilson of St. Paul, Minn.

She was a charter member of the W. R. C. of this city and was presented with a thirty year membership badge some time ago. She was a faithful and enthusiastic attendant whenever she was able to be present.

Funeral services will be held at the M. E. church on Saturday afternoon at two o’clock and burial made in the local cemetery.

The W. R. C. will take part in the service.
