SERVICES FOR MRS. BURMEISTER TO BE FRIDAY

Mrs. Elizabeth Burmeister passed away December 15th at the Good Shepherd Home at the age of 85. She had resided at the home for the past two years.

Funeral Services will be held Friday afternoon at 2:00 o'clock at Fort Calhoun Presbyterian Church. Burial in Fort Calhoun cemetery. Rev. Keith Sackett will officiate. The Sievers Funeral Home at Ft. Calhoun is in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Burmeister (Elizabeth Gross) was born April 26, 1886 in Zurendorf, Germany.

She came to this country at the age of 26 and was united in marriage to John F. Burmeister. She made her home on a farm west of Fort Calhoun.

Survivors are four daughters: Mrs. Raymond (Elsie) Rathjen of Blair, Nebraska, Mrs. Gerald (Margaret) Erixon of Mondamin, Ia., Mrs. Glenn (Myra) Sachs of Fort Calhoun, Nebraska, Mrs. George (Helen) Jipp of Omaha, Nebraska. Also five sons: William of Fort Calhoun, Nebraska, Arnold of Blair, Carl of Woodbine, Iowa, Johnny of Omaha, Richard of Fort Calhoun. One daughter, Louise Jones, preceded her in death.

Pallbearers will be six grandsons: Rodney Erixon, Dennis Jones, David Burmeister, Steven Jipp, Richard Burmeister and Donald Rathjen.
