Mrs. Fred Brinkman, a pioneer citizen of Arlington community, passed away at her home here Saturday, November 30th, after about a week’s illness of pneumonia. She is survived by her husband and five children, the two sons, John and Henry, are living in Alaska, while the three daughters, all married, live in Omaha, Inland and Fremont. Mrs. Brinkman was 72 years of age and had lived here about 40 years. Funeral services were held Tuesday, December 3rd, 1:00 o’clock at the house and 2:00 o’clock at the St. Paul’s Lutheran church of which she was a devoted member. The pioneers of our community are rapidly answering the final roll call.
