The news reached here Saturday of the accidental death of Ben Lamb. The Lamb family live in the timber near the river south of town. Mr. Lamb and wife were in Kansas where they had been called by the death of Mrs. Lamb’s father. Mr. Lamb had stepped out of an auto on the road and was struck by a car. The funeral was held in Kansas. He is survived by his wife and several children. We may be able to give more of the particulars of the death next week.
