Mrs. J. J. Schneider passed away Sunday noon at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Geo. Fackler after months of poor health. She became worse last Thursday. Her sister, Mrs. Ida Mockenhaupt of Lincoln, came Saturday and remained until Tuesday when the funeral occurred at Cedar Creek. Her son, Walter and wife of Ithaca, came Saturday, and Mr. and Mrs. I. Wilson of Omaha spent Sunday at the Fackler home. Mr. and Mrs. Charles Koenig and Howard Fackler of the Bench were there Sunday evening and Mr. and Mrs. Earl Petersen of west of Herman also.
