Hans P. Andersen, 64, died at his home near here Wednesday, Dec. 23 after an illness of several months. He was born in Denmark July 23, 1867. He came to America when a small boy, locating at Blair. In October, 1891 he was married to Katie Terkelsen. Since then they have made their home near Herman. Mrs. Andersen died May 27, 1930. Surviving are two brothers, Andrew Christiansen and Jens P. Andersen, both of Blair, and one sister, Mrs. Fred Petersen of Herman. Funeral services were held Saturday afternoon at the M. E. church at two o’clock, conducted by Rev. Norlin. Burial was made in the Blair cemetery.
