ROBERT HAMMANG DEATH IS SHOCK

Arlington, Dec. 11 - The news of the death of Robert C. Hammang in Omaha Wednesday came as a shock to his relatives and friends here.

Robert C. Hammang was born in the Hammang farm just south of Arlington June 7, 1888. He grew to manhood here, and about 20 years ago went to Omaha where he became a contractor and carpenter. Nine years ago he was married to Miss Adele Tomes of Clarkson.

Funeral services will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. at the Bailey Torrance Funeral Home. Burial will be made in West Lawn cemetery. Besides the wife and two children, Betty Jane, 8, and Bobby, 2, Mr. Hammang is survived by his mother, Mrs. Barbara Hammang of Arlington; four brothers, Harry and Sam of Arlington, Mike of Fremont and Byron of Omaha, and two sisters, Mrs. Belle Chapman and Mrs. Grace Mastick of Arlington.
