CHRIS GOOD

Chris Good was born at Center, Knox county, Neb. He died at his home in Blair, Sept. 18, 1930, age fifty four years.

During his childhood he moved to West Point with his parents, where he resided until he moved to Blair thirty years ago, where he resided until his death.

He was married to Miss Etta Marshall of Blair in 1915. To this union one daughter was born.

Mrs. Good passed away in 1918. He is survived by his daughter, Margaret, his aged mother, Mrs. Madgolene Good, who made her home with him, one sister, Mrs. Julia Larsen of Blair and one brother, Menno Good, also of Blair, besides a number of other relatives and a host of friends, are left to mourn his death.

Double pneumonia claimed his body in spite of all that medical aid and loved ones, neighbors and friends could do.

Mr. Good was an industrious man, a good neighbor and citizen and a friend to all who knew him.

Funeral services were held Sunday, Sept. 21 at 2:00 p.m. from the Blair Baptist church, with interment in the Blair cemetery.
