MRS. CHARLES WRICH

Mrs. Chas. Wrich of south of Kennard passed away August 22, 1931 at the Lord Lister Hospital in Omaha following an operation for appendicitis and tumor.

Deceased was born September 26, 1894 on a farm south of Blair, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Petersen who later moved to Central City, Nebraska. On September 1, 1915 she was married to Mr. Chas. Wrich, and they settled on a farm south of Kennard. To them two children were born, Leora and Corinne, both of whom, with the father, are left to mourn her death. Born and reared to womanhood, and spending her entire life in this county, she made a large circle of warm friends who will miss her greatly and who in token of their respect and sympathy were present at the last sad rites which were held at two o’clock Monday afternoon at the home. Interment was made in the German cemetery in the southern part of the county with Rev. Booher of Kennard officiating.

Besides the husband and children, she leaves to mourn her six sisters, Mrs. R. C. Rasmussen, Plainview; Mrs. E. A. Fitch, Omaha; Mrs. P. C. Rasmussen, Kennard; and Kathryn, Louise and Lorraine at home at Central City. Also three brothers, Karl, Herbert and Otto Petersen of Central City.
