YOUNG MATRON DIES

Funeral services were held last Tuesday afternoon, October 6 for Mrs. Henry Hansen of the Orum neighborhood, from the home and Brown Creek church nearby.

Myrtle Stork Hansen was born March 12, 1907 on her father’s farm, the Gottlieb Stork place west of Blair. She was married to Mr. Henry Hansen on November 17, 1930, and departed this life on October 3 at a Fremont hospital following a short illness.

She is survived by her husband, her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Gottlieb Stork, one sister, Mrs. Albert Dickmeyer, three brothers, Wilfred, Gilbert and Milo, and her grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Claus Wulf of this city.

Burial was made in the cemetery near the church.
